Just getting through the day till bedtime can be a struggle if we are not looking after ourselves.
As parents, all we want is to give our kids a happy and healthy life but sometimes we have our own stuff going on, our own triggers, our own limiting beliefs. By giving ourselves the tools to manage our emotions, recognise old patterns and build resilience, we will actually be helping our kids too. They learn what they see so wouldn't it be great if they saw their Mum looking after herself and managing her wellbeing? How do we do this? It really all starts with us.

Children learn from us. They watch what we do, listen to how we talk, feel how we feel. We're their role models. In this workshop we will be taking a look at our own beliefs, our words, triggers and our self care and find out how we can improve our wellbeing to support ourselves and our kids better.
